1. Navigate to the Plants page:

2. Using the checkboxes, select all the items you need to edit:

3. Click “More” and then “Modify”:

4. Use the dialog box to modify your plant details:

A. Change the Strain of the plant

B. Change the Birthdate of the plant; the date that the plant was created in the system

C. Change the “Vegetative” date, the date that the plant was transitioned from Clone/Seed to Veg

D. Change the “Flower” date; the date that the plant was transitioned from Veg to Flower

E. Change the “Harvest” date; the date that the plant was harvested

5. When your changes are complete, click “Modify Plants”

Note: You will need to clear your filters (if any) to see the changes applied.

METRC and Washington specifics continue below:

In Washington, changing the harvest date of a plant does not change that date in LeafData and does not change the date of the associated harvest "Batch". LeafData doesn't allow edits to harvest batches, but we make it possible in GrowFlow in case you like to track exact dates for your own plant records.

In Washington, you will also have the ability to change the Plant Batch association of a non-harvested plant with the Modify tool. To do this, you must also select the strain before you can click the "Modify Plants" button:

In METRC connected states, you will also have the ability to change the METRC tag number of the plant with the Modify tool:
