This article assumes you have already created a new order. If you have not, please see Wholesale: How to Create a Sales Order to learn more before continuing.
Selecting a Vehicle When Manifesting
On the Select a Delivery Window, you will first be prompted to select the Delivery Type.
Select Transporter Delivery and in the Select Third-Party Delivery Service dropdown, select the transporter you are using.
2. Select the delivery vehicle from the dropdown.
Fleet Vehicle will populate as the default selection.
Click the dropdown to select a specific vehicle if it has already been added to that transporter's record.
Note: While you can still use Fleet Vehicle as a placeholder to generate an initial manifest, specific vehicle details will need to be updated and submitted to CCRS once known. Please take a look at: Updating Vehicle Information on an Existing Manifest for details.
3. Click Add New Vehicle to create a new vehicle record on the fly.
Fill in the vehicle information as needed and click Confirm.
Note: You can save vehicle details to a transporter's vendor record at any time. This allows you to quickly select the correct vehicle from the dropdown menu during future manifests. See Wholesale: Employees and Vehicles for more details.
Updating Vehicle Information on an Existing Manifest
If you initially generated a manifest using Fleet Vehicle as a placeholder, you are required to update specific vehicle details directly on the order once they are known. This feature allows you to update the record reported to CCRS without needing to void and re-manifest.
Navigate to the Orders overview and select the specific order you need to update.
2. Click Edit and select Edit Manifest from the dropdown.
3. Select the delivery vehicle from the dropdown.
Select a saved vehicle from the vendor record dropdown.
OR click Add New Vehicle to enter the details for a new vehicle immediately and click Confirm.
Once confirmed, GrowFlow will automatically resubmit the updated vehicle data to CCRS.
Note: CCRS may take a few moments to process the update. During this time, the original manifest will remain visible. Refresh the page after a few minutes to view and print your updated manifest.
