On 03/22/2023, Metrc released an update on a few of the column's naming conventions used on Metrc Manifests. To align with your state-traceability system, we have made the same updates to the GrowFlow Manifests.
Important Note: While the GrowFlow manifest provides a helpful overview, only the official Metrc manifest is accepted for deliveries. Please ensure you print the Metrc manifest to accompany your delivery. You can use the GrowFlow manifest as a supplemental record in any useful way, but it cannot replace the Metrc manifest.
GrowFlow Manifest Fields Defined

2. Source Harvest Batch No.

This is the Harvest Batch identifier from which Harvest Batch the cannabis product originated.
3. Source Package
This is the direct Parent Tag ID from which the product was packaged.
4. Source Production Batch

Please Note: GrowFlow automatically populates these fields on the GrowFlow manifest based on your traceability data. All fields are required if applicable to the package.
To learn more about which batch IDs are applicable throughout a package's lifecycle, see Metrc: Understanding Batch IDs.
Missing Production Batch No.
Missing Production Batch Numbers on your GrowFlow manifests? This field is now automatically populated!
Previously, a Metrc bug prevented GrowFlow from syncing Production Batch Numbers. This issue has been resolved, and this field can now populate on your GrowFlow manifests.
The Production Batch Number identifies the batch your QA sample came from. Essentially, it's the package tag ID of the original parent batch. This field is only needed for packages that have undergone testing. For untested packages, you'll see this field remain blank.
To ensure your historical QA data is synced and your GrowFlow manifests are accurate, see OK Metrc: Sync Historical QA Data.
