Accessing the GrowFlow Retail Account
You can access the GrowFlow Retail POS system on Windows 10 or 11 in two ways:
By using the Google Chrome web browser
By using the GrowFlow Windows app. We created the Windows app to help provide a seamless experience when printing receipts on Star printers and labels on Zebra printers from a Windows OS.
If you're using Chrome on Windows, you'll have more options for peripherals. Many brands and models of peripherals can be set up to function with nearly any Windows computer, giving you added flexibility in your choices. However, we are only able to provide support and troubleshooting for hardware contained in our Recommended Hardware List.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All Windows 11 users please DISABLE or UNINSTALL OneDrive from ALL of your store computers. The OneDrive application will cause conflicts with the print function.
PC Requirements for Printers
Windows 10 or later - Intel or AMD processors only (GrowFlow does not support devices that use an ARM processor)
