This article outlines POS system hardware and peripherals for use with the GrowFlow Retail platform — label printers, receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and scales. This article is divided into two sections, recommended and compatible hardware.
The recommended hardware section details hardware that GrowFlow has tested extensively and will provide the best user experience. This section is ideal if your team is looking to update existing hardware or purchase hardware for a new location.
The compatible hardware section covers hardware that GrowFlow has received user feedback on that indicates that these items have worked in the past. These devices have not been tested in-house. This list will be updated regularly once GrowFlow has validated these items and tested them, however it may provide clarity on potential functionality if you have existing hardware on location.
