Steps to Take Before the Last Access Date

Export Historical Reports & Data

After submitting the cancellation request, our team will reach out to you to confirm the closure date of your account and the last date you'll have access to it. Please ensure you retrieve all necessary historical reports and data exports before this last access date. We recommend exporting all data to maintain comprehensive records for historical and potential accounting purposes.

Note: Should you need additional data after cancelling your GrowFlow account and subscription, a $250 access fee will be collected to restore the account, and allow temporary data collection access for one month.

You can export historical reports and data from various sections of your account, including the Dashboard, Insights, Grow and Plants Overview, Sales History, Inventory Overview, and more. Simply click on the Export button in the respective area. Please keep in mind that exports will reflect any filters currently applied on the page at the time of download.

Dispose Waste

As you finalize your inventory, it's essential to review your Grow and Inventory Waste Logs and dispose of all waste accordingly. It's important to note that items scheduled for destruction in the Waste Log are not reported to traceability until the disposal action is taken.

See Final Disposal for instructions.

Washington Only: Remove GrowFlow as Approved Integrator in CCRS

For WA clients: It's crucial that the license owner removes GrowFlow as the approved integrator via the SAW site. This action is necessary to halt GrowFlow's reporting to the state system on behalf of your license. To proceed, log into SAW and remove GrowFlow as the approved integrator for CCRS reporting.
