In GrowFlow, the Undo button allows you to un-convert inventory, returning it back to its original parent item(s). For example, you could un-convert Usable Marijuana back into its parent Flower Lot.
There are several places to perform this un-convert action. You can do it from the main inventory screen, or if you're on a sales order, you can do it from there too.
Here's the step-by-step:
1. While in Inventory Overview locate the item you want to un-convert (aka move back into parent inventory)
Tip: Use the search bar or Filter By tools to narrow down the search
2. Click Edit on the line item, then click Undo from the dropdown
3. Clicking OK to confirm the return of the child quantity back to its parent lot
4. See the available quantity adjusted on the Inventory screen
Note: There are a few cases where the Undo tool won't work. For instance, if any grandchildren inventory has been created from the child item, you'll receive a message like the one shown below. If this is the case, use the Adjust function instead. See Adjust Inventory for more information.
Un-Convert from the Pull Sheet
On the Orders Overview page, items convert between the Ready to Pack and Ready to Label phases. To un-convert an item, locate an order that is past the Ready to Pack phase.
1. Click the order to view its details. Items with new ID numbers have been converted.
2. Click Delete on the converted item, then select Unconvert.
3. Click OK in the pop-up to confirm.
The item is now un-converted and returned to the parent package.
