No matter where you are in the country, if you have to use Metrc then you are going to have to use their RFID tags. However, which state you are in will determine when you will need to use them.

In California, you will need to RFID tag all plants as they go into flower or are moved into the designated flowering canopy area. You can elect to tag them sooner if you wish.

In Nevada, Michigan, Oregon, and Oklahoma you will need to RFID tag all plants as they go into Veg.

In both cases, tagging plants in GrowFlow is simple no matter when you will need, or choose to, do so.

Tagging at the Veg stage

1. Choose the number of plants you wish to move from clone to veg

2. Per usual, note if you wish to destroy the remaining clones in the batch

3. To apply the tags, you can either choose the next tag to use or GrowFlow will automatically choose the next available. Click on the blue Next tag to Use box if you would like to use a different tag than what is displayed.

4. Click Create New Plants

Tagging at the Flower stage

1. Choose which plants you would like to move into Flower

2. To apply the tags, you can either choose the next tag to use or GrowFlow will automatically choose the next available. Click on the blue Next tag to Use box if you would like to use a different tag than what is displayed.

3. Click Move # Plants to Flowering

Great work!

You have now assigned Individual Plant Tags to your plants in GrowFlow
