This article covers best practices for printing to multiple locations in GrowFlow Retail. This setup is especially useful if you’re working on a mobile system (not iPad) and have printers placed strategically around your store, making checkout more flexible and efficient.
If you prefer to assign static printers to specific terminals, please use our Direct Print application, which provides a fixed printer configuration for each station.
1. To use Flex printing, you will need to download and install Google Chrome on your device. Follow the link below for that download.
2. Once Chrome is installed, navigate to your retail login page. Use the following example, replacing your customer ID in this URL.
retail.growflow.com/c/customerID/login
3. When printing from Chrome, you will receive a print prompt. Ensure that you have the correct printer selected in this prompt to print to your specific location.
