Grant Buyer Access

1. Head to Admin > Store Setup

2. In the top right-hand corner of the Store Setup, click Buyer Access

3. In the Pending tab, you can add new buyers, as well as grant access, edit, or delete pending buyers who have requested access to your store on their own

4. In the Allowed tab, you can view your list of contacts who have been previously approved:

  • A. Click on the plus icon to view further information about each buyer such as:

    • B. Buying License, Buyer Type, and the particular store they have been granted access to

    • C. Edit or delete allowed buyers by individual store access or as a whole

    • D. Click +New Permissions to directly grant access to an approved buyer for any additional stores you have set up

    • E. It’s as easy as searching for the buyer’s license name, selecting the additional store, and clicking save!

    • F. Click New Buyer, in the top right corner, to add a new contact

5. When clicking New Buyer to add the new contact you will need the buyer's first and last name, license number, and contact information

Note: To add several contacts at once click this form in the Add New Buyer window to view the instructions or check out this video tutorial. If you’re only adding a few buyers, you can click Add Row.

6. Once the new contact is stored in your system, you’ll find them in your list of contacts in the Allowed tab and they will be granted access immediately.

Check out From the Buyer’s Side, to learn more about the Buyer’s perspective once they've received your invite!

Export Buyer List

1. Within Buyer Access, click Export to download a list of all Pending and Allowed buyers

2. Once exported, filter the Store Access column by YES or NO to filter out Pending versus Allowed buyers

Note: Empty columns in the export, such as buyer email or phone number, indicate this information has not yet been entered on the buyer's record. See Step 4 in the section above for steps to edit a buyer's information.
