Log in to your GrowFlow Wholesale account in a few steps.
Before you start, you'll need:
A GrowFlow account already set up (your admin invites you, or you signed up directly)
To know which state your license is registered in
Log In
1. Head to https://www.growflow.com/login

Use Chrome on a desktop for the best GrowFlow Wholesale experience. Download Chrome if you haven't already.

2. Select your state
3. Click Login
Log in with Email and Password
1. Enter the email address you signed up with, or the one your GrowFlow invitation was sent to
2. Enter your password
Note: If you forgot your GrowFlow password or are having trouble logging in, click Don't remember your password? See Reset Your Password.
3. Click the Login button
You'll land on the Orders Overview — this is the default homepage for GrowFlow Wholesale.
Log in with Google or Microsoft
Click the option to sign in with your Google or Microsoft account as your GrowFlow login.
Note: If you use Google or Microsoft to log in to GrowFlow, your password is managed by them. To reset it, you'll need to do so through Google or Microsoft.
What Can Go Wrong
Wrong state selected
Symptom: You're logged in, but data or traceability info doesn't match your license.
Fix: Log out, log back in, and confirm you select the correct state in step 2 — the wrong state pulls up the wrong traceability system for your session.
"No account found" or similar error
Symptom: The login page rejects your email with no account match.
Fix: You likely haven't been invited yet, or you're using the wrong email. Contact your GrowFlow admin to confirm your invite, or reach out to chat support.
Signed up one way, trying to log in another
Symptom: You created your account with Google/Microsoft SSO but try email/password (or vice versa), and login fails.
Fix: Use the same method you originally signed up with.
Login page looks broken or buttons don't respond
Symptom: Page elements are missing, cut off, or unresponsive.
Fix: Switch to Chrome on desktop — GrowFlow Wholesale is optimized for it.
Password reset email never arrives
Symptom: You requested a password reset but got no email.
Fix: Check spam/junk folders first. If it's still missing after a few minutes, contact GrowFlow support to confirm the email on file is correct.
