Forgetting passwords – It happens!

Resetting your password can be accomplished directly from the GrowFlow Login screen by clicking Don't remember your password? below the login credential fields.

  • Note: If you use the options to sign in with Google or Microsoft, your password is controlled by these platforms and you will need to follow the instructions to reset your Google or Microsoft password. Once you do that, you can return to GrowFlow to select either option to log back into your GrowFlow account.

Once this button is clicked, you will enter the email address you use to log in to GrowFlow and click Send Email.

You will then receive a Password Reset email from the GrowFlow Team. Select Click here to reset your password.

  • Note: If you do not see this email in your main inbox, be sure to check your Junk/Spam inboxes.

You will be redirected to GrowFlow to enter and confirm your new Password.

Admin Password Reset from Account Settings

Admin users can send a Password Reset Email to any user on the account, including themselves if needed. As an Admin, hover over your license name in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings from the drop-down.

Under Manage Account, click Manage Users.

Click Reset in the Reset Password column to send any user the Password Reset Email.

The user can then follow steps 3 & 4 in the above section of this article to proceed in resetting their password.
