Forgetting passwords – It happens!
Resetting your password can be accomplished directly from the GrowFlow Login screen by clicking Don't remember your password? below the login credential fields.
Once this button is clicked, you will enter the email address you use to log in to GrowFlow and click Send Email.
You will then receive a Password Reset email from the GrowFlow Team. Select Click here to reset your password.
You will be redirected to GrowFlow to enter and confirm your new Password.
Admin Password Reset from Account Settings
1. Admin users can send a Password Reset Email to any user on the account, including themselves if needed. As an Admin, hover over your license name in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings from the drop-down.
2. Under Manage Account, click Manage Users.
3. Click Reset in the Reset Password column to send any user the Password Reset Email.
4. Users can then follow steps 3 & 4 in the section above to proceed in resetting their password.
