In this article, we will go over how to perform inventory adjustments for the purpose of matching inventory with real-world counts. Please note that all adjustments made must be accompanied by an adjustment reason, and you will need to include a description of why the adjustment was made in the notes field. How to Adjust a Package from the PRODUCTS Page (Standalone States)

1. Click the Inventory icon on the left of the page.

2. Click Products.

3. Select the product you would like to perform the adjustment on and click on it to make the Product Details pane visible.

4. Click the Gear icon near the bottom of the package you want to adjust.

5. Click Adjust Package.

6. In the adjustment modal, set the quantity to your real-world count.

7. Select the adjustment reason code from the dropdown menu.

8. Add a note for the adjustment

9. Click Save & Close to finalize the adjustment.

How to Adjust a Package from the PACKAGES Page (Standalone States)

1. Click the Inventory icon on the left of the page.

2. Click Packages.

3. Select the package you would like to perform the adjustment on to make the Package Details pane visible.

4. Click the Gear icon near the bottom of the package pane.

5. Click Adjust Package.

6. In the adjustment modal, set the quantity to your real-world count.

7. Select the adjustment reason code from the dropdown menu.

8. Add a note for the adjustment

9. Click Save & Close to finalize the adjustment.
