How to Generate an LCB Manifest in GrowFlow Retail
The state of Washington requires all outbound transfers of cannabis products to be registered with the LCB. GrowFlow Retail can automatically generate and submit LCB Manifests on behalf of retailers.
Prerequisites
You must be authenticated for Insights in GrowFlow Retail.
GrowFlow must be listed as the approved Integrator in CCRS
You must have an Org Admin, Admin, or custom permissions for reports.
You must have a UBI number (nine-digit number).
You must enable the CCRS and LCB Manifests switches in GrowFlow Retail Settings.
Instructions
Create an outbound transfer as you normally would.
Select the Transfer Contains MJ toggle.
Select the Receiver Type, either External or Internal.
Select the appropriate Outgoing Package(s).
Complete the departure and arrival time and driving directions.
Leave the LCB Manifest ID field blank.
Complete the Transporter Info.
Click Save and Continue.
Generating the Manifest
On the Transfer Details page, click Generate Manifest.
The Manifest button will change color to yellow and the pinwheel will spin indicating the system is in the process of communicating with the LCB to generate the Manifest.
It can take up to an hour for the Manifest to be generated, or in some cases, more than an hour if the LCB system is backed up.
You can navigate away from this page during this process.
When the Manifest has been successfully generated, the page will be updated and the title bar will say Manifested - Automatic.
You can now view or print the Manifest by pressing the "LCB Manifest PDF" button.
Completing the Transfer
Now that the LCB Manifest is ready, the transfer can be initiated.
On the transfers page, select the transfer and click the Details button.
Select Mark in Transit when appropriate.
When the transfer is complete, return to the Details view for the transfer and select Accept and Activate.
Failed Manifest Submission
If the system is unable to Register the Manifest, you will get an Error Message, advising you to manually submit the manifest using the LCB Manifest website link.
Generating an LCB Manifest for a completed transfer
If you have previously completed an outbound transfer created on or after January 1, 2023, and there is not an LCB Manifest ID in the POS for the transfer, you can generate an LCB Manifest submission in the POS.
Go to Transfers, and select the transfer
In the sidebar, click Details.
When the transfer details are displayed, at the bottom of the transfer, press the Generate Manifest button.
