For Org Admins only, this tool will allow you to change the completion time and date of an order.

This feature can only be accessed by users that have the Org Admin permission on their user profile.

How to Edit the Order Completed At Time and Date

1. Click the Sales Icon on the left of the screen.

2. Select Orders.

3. Find and select the order that needs the Completed At time and date changed.

4. At the top right of the details pane, click the kebab button to open a drop-down menu.

5. Select Edit.

6. Select the Date field to open the Date and Time drop-down then select the date and time you would like to use for this order.

7. Save and Close.
