This tool allows you to change the completion time and date of an order. If you need to void and recreate an order, you can edit the completion time so it reflects when the original order was completed after the new order is created.
NOTE: This feature is only available to users with Org Admin permissions assigned to their profile.
How to Edit the Order Completed At Time and Date
1. Click the Sales Icon on the left of the screen.
2. Select Orders.
3. Find and select the order that needs the Completed At time and date changed.
4. At the top right of the details pane, click the kebab button to open a drop-down menu.
5. Select Edit.
6. Select the Date field to open the Date and Time drop-down then select the date and time you would like to use for this order.
7. Save and Close.
