Customize Pull Sheet Columns
1. Columns on Pull Sheets can be customized by clicking the blue ▼ button in the actions bar
2. Select and/or de-select any available categories in the drop-down, then click Apply
3. Wait for the page to load to view the changes
Note: The options available in the ▼ menu only apply to customizing Pull Sheets.
Available Pull Sheet Columns
A. #: The line item number on the Pull Sheet
B. Product: The line item's name of the Product being sent on the order and applicable QA totals, if the inventory has been tested
C. Strain: The line item's strain name
D. Sample?: If the item is a Vendor Sample, click Edit on the line item to check this box, then click Save
If the line item has been marked as a Sample, the Pull Sheet PDF will state "Yes" in this column, and "No" if it hasn't.
E. Washington Only! ES: If the item is an Educational Sample, click Edit on the line item to check this box, then click Save
F. From Type: The traceability type the line item is being packaged from
G. From ID#: The Parent Inventory ID or Parent Tag ID the line item is being packaged from
H. Batch: The applicable Harvest Batch Name or Production Batch Name. If no Batch Name is assigned, this column will remain empty.
I. Notes: Click Edit on the line item to apply a Note for your packaging team, then click Save
J. New ID#: The line item's new ID once the order has been packaged and converted. If the line item has not yet been converted, the Pull Sheet will state "Not Convert".
The Printed Pull Sheet will leave this column blank for the line item if not converted.
K. To Type: The traceability type the line item is being packaged into
L. QA: The relevant QA results. Click on the test result status to view the QA values.
M. Qty Requested: The line item's requested quantity to fulfill the order
Packaged Products: Displayed in units
Bulk Products: Displayed by its applicable unit of measure, such as grams or pounds
N. Qty Packed: The line item's quantity, once packed
O. Pkg Wgt: The packaged weight per unit. This column will remain empty if the line item is a bulk product.
P. Total Weight (g): A default column on the printed Pull Sheet that displays for each packaged product
Total Weight = Gram Weight * Requested Quantity in grams
This category is not available for deselecting and is not available in the Pull Sheet tab within the order.
Print Pull Sheets
Click on a column header to sort the Pull Sheet by the column of your choice for your packaging team to refer to. Columns will sort alphabetically or numerically in ascending or descending order. Click once for descending, and click twice for ascending.
Then, click Print/Share > Print Pull Sheet to print the Pull Sheet with the chosen sorting pattern and the applied columns.
Notes:
Column sorting applied on the Pull Sheet is retained by the Invoice in the interface, and when using Print/Share.
Column sorting applied on the Invoice is retained by the Pull Sheet in the interface, and when using Print/Share.
Column sorting applied on the Pull Sheet or Invoice is also retained by the Manifest.
The Pull Sheet or Invoice columns must be sorted to your choosing before generating the Manifest.
Customizing Pull Sheet options are only available when printing one Pull Sheet at a time.
