How to reconcile inactive vendors or transporters on orders to resolve CCRS Manifest errors in GrowFlow Wholesale

The CCRS Manifest tab still shows a status of Processing long after you confirm the delivery details for a manifest. It could be that the vendor on the order or the selected transporter on the manifest is showing an inactive license number. GrowFlow catches these errors and we resolve the inactive license record on our end, but there are just a few more steps required from you so we can resubmit the manifest successfully to CCRS.

If you have received a message from GrowFlow support to reconcile an inactive license on one of your orders, please complete the following steps.

1. Take note of the order number mentioned in the message received from GrowFlow Support and the correct license number

2. Head to Orders > Sales History

3. Search for the order in question and click on the order number to open it

4. If the order is completed or In Transit, click Edit > Undo Transfer

5. If the order is Scheduled for Transit, or you have completed step 4 click Edit > Void Manifest

Inactive Vendor

If the message you received from GrowFlow support indicates the receiving vendor is inactive, continue with the following steps. If the message indicates the transporter is inactive, see the next section Inactive Transporter.

6. Click on the edit icon next to the receiving licensee's name

7. Search for and select the correct receiving license number for this order

8. Progress the order back to the Need to Manifest stage, click Select Delivery Options, and re-manifest the order

9. Complete the order per normal order workflows

10. Reply to the GrowFlow Support chat message to let us know it's resolved!

Once these steps are complete, GrowFlow will ensure the manifest is uploaded to CCRS with success and there should be nothing else required from you.

Inactive Transporter

If the message you received from GrowFlow support indicates the transporter is inactive, continue with the following steps. If the message indicates the receiving vendor is inactive, see the above section Inactive Vendor.

6. Click Select Delivery Options (Manifest)

7. Select Transporter Delivery, then search for and select the correct transporter license for this delivery

8. Complete the manifest and order per normal order workflows

9. Reply to the GrowFlow Support chat message to let us know it's resolved!

Once these steps are complete, GrowFlow will ensure the manifest is uploaded to CCRS with success and there should be nothing else required from you.
