Inventory, Plant, & QA Sample IDs
The best way to share details regarding an Inventory item, Package, Plant, or QA Result is by sharing the ID or tag number. Anytime an ID is present, it can be quickly copied by clicking on the clipboard icon.
From the Inventory Overview
1. Hover over the ID
2. Click the clipboard icon to copy the full ID or tag number
From Inventory Details
Note: Click on an ID to open the Inventory Details
From the Grow > Plants Overview
1. Hover over the ID
2. Click the clipboard icon to copy the full ID or tag number
From Admin > QA Samples
Note: The ID listed in the SampleID# column is the ID that represents the test result. The ParentID# is the ID to which the result belongs.
Orders Details
Order or Invoice Numbers
Order numbers are listed on their individual tiles on the Orders Overview.
As well as in the right-hand details, within an order. The order number can also be referred to as the invoice number.
Outbound Manifest IDs
Outgoing Manifest IDs can be found in the Manifest tab, within an order. Click on the clipboard icon to copy the full Manifest ID.
Inbound Manifest IDs
Incoming Manifest IDs can be found via Orders > Inbound Orders in the Manifest column.
1. Highlight the Manifest ID with your cursor
2. Right-click on your mouse
3. Click Copy
If the Inbound Order is still pending acceptance, click on the clipboard icon to copy the Manifest ID.
Batch Identifiers
Open Harvest Batches
On the Grow Overview, select the applicable Harvest Batch in the Drying or Harvests column. Under Details, in the Package Harvest Batch window:
A. Click on the clipboard icon to copy the Harvest Batch ID
B. Harvest Batch Name
1. Highlight the Harvest Batch Name in the Name field with your cursor
2. Right-click on your mouse
3. Click Copy
Closed Harvest Batches
1. Head to Inventory > Batches
2. Uncheck the open box, and check the closed box
3. Hover over the ID and click on the clipboard icon to copy the Harvest Batch ID, or
4. Click on the ID to open the Package Harvest Batch Window to copy the Harvest Batch Name (see part B, in the Open Harvest Batches section above).
Inventory Batch Identifiers
If applicable to the Inventory, the Harvest Batch Name and/or the Production Batch Name is listed on the right-hand side of the Inventory Details.
1. Click on the Inventory ID to open the Inventory Details
2. Highlight the Batch Name in question with your cursor
3. Right-click on your mouse
4. Click Copy
How to Paste
1. Place your cursor in the area you'd like to paste what was previously copied
2. Right-click on your mouse
3. Click Paste
