If you are building a new order and notice this message:
This means that the license is not registered with Metrc according to GrowFlow. To verify if this license is on Metrc or not, follow the steps below!
1. Log in to Metrc
2. Click Transfers > Licensed
3. Click New Transfer
4. Copy and paste the license number into the Destination 1 field
If the license is registered with Metrc, it will show up in the dropdown menu.
Note: If the license does not appear in the dropdown menu, it is NOT registered with Metrc, as shown below:
If you notice that the license is registered with Metrc and GrowFlow does not reflect that, please reach out to Chat Support and we’ll be happy to update the license in our Vendor Database.
