How to Create a New Tag
To create a new tag:
1. Click on Organization Settings.
2. Select Tags.
3. Click the green "+" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. Enter a Name for the tag. For example, "Shake".
5. Select a Tag Type from the dropdown menu. You can select Product or Customer to designate if the tag is to be used with product profiles or customer profiles.
6. Click Save & Close to save your new tag.
How to Edit Existing Tags
To edit an existing tag:
1. Click on Organization Settings.
2. Select Tags.
3. Find and select the tag you would like to edit.
4. Click the kebab in the top-right of the Tag Details pane to open a drop-down menu.
5. Select Edit from the drop-down.
6. If you need to remove a tag from all associated customers or products, you can use the Unassign Tag button.
How to Delete an Existing Tag
To delete an existing tag:
1. Click on Organization Settings.
2. Select Tags.
3. Find and select the tag you would like to delete.
4. Click the kebab in the top-right corner of the Tag Details pane to open a drop-down menu.
5. Select Delete from the drop-down.
You must unassign the tag before you can delete it.
