GrowFlow gives you the option to place individual packages in your inventory On Hold — the On Hold status prevents sales from being made from the package. This is commonly used to ensure budtenders are selling out of an older package of a product before starting to sell from a new one.

Place a Package On Hold

To place a package on hold:

1. Click on Inventory.

2. Select Packages.

3. Select the package you want to place on hold, or you can use the search field to look up the Package ID.

4. Click the kebab to the right of the Package ID to open a drop-down menu.

5. Select Place on Hold from the drop-down menu.

6. If you want to leave a comment or reason for placing the package on hold you can do so in the Package Hold Comments field.

7. Click Hold Package to complete the process and place your package on hold! Well done! 😄
