Learn how you can manually add or remove loyalty points from a Customer profile.

Loyalty points are automatically accrued by customers as they make purchases, but there may be instances in which you need to manually add or remove loyalty points from a Customer profile. To Add or Remove points from a customer's profile you're user profile permissions must be Admin or Org admin. Users with customer permissions are unable to edit loyalty points.

How to Add/Remove Loyalty Points from a Customer Profile

1. Click on Customers.

2. Select the customer you would like to add or remove points for.

3. Click the Edit button next to Loyalty Details.

4. In the Edit Loyalty Points modal, enter a number to adjust the loyalty points. A positive number will add points, and a negative number will remove them. Remember to add a minus sign in front of the number if you would like to remove points.

5. Click Adjust Points to complete the action.
