Having separate user logins allows you to set specific access permissions depending on the user, such as Sales permissions for sales personnel and Reporting permissions for accountants. GrowFlow also allows you to track user actions within GrowFlow by user name.
Add A New User
From your account menu, go to Account Settings. Then, go to Manage Users under the Manage Account section on the top left:
At the bottom of this page, fill in the required fields under Invite New User:
1. Enter the user's email address, first name, and last name
2. If this user will also need access to other accounts in your organization, check the Add to all accounts that share this Org? checkbox
3. Click Invite User. This will send an email to the user requesting they sign in:
If the login is a Gmail or Outlook-hosted email, use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft Account respectively:
Grant Permissions
Go to Account Settings > Manage Users:
To allow your new user access to GrowFlow, you will assign their login appropriate permissions depending on what areas they need access to:
A. Admin: The user will have full access to the account with no restrictions
Reporting Insights permissions will still need to be defined for Admin users, as shown in Part D below
B. Grow: The user will have access to the Inventory and Grow Overviews, including the Plants and Additives tabs. In the Admin tab, the user will have access to Strains, Rooms, Labels/Templates, Products, QA Samples, and Printer Settings.
No access to Account Settings
C. Sales: The user will have access to the Inventory and Orders Overview as well as the Vendors tab. In the Admin tab, the user will have access to Strains, Vehicles, Rooms, Labels/Templates, Products, QA Samples, and Printer Settings.
No access to Account Settings

Reporting Executive: Additional permission that can be granted to any user to view the Executive Summary and Inventory reports via Insights.
Reporting Grower: Additional permissions that can be granted to any user to view the Cultivation reports via Insights.
Reporting Sales: Additional permissions that can be granted to any user to view the Sales reports via Insights.
E. Disabled: Disables the login even if other permissions are set until this box is unchecked.
