The GrowFlow and QuickBooks integration allows you to sync your transactions from GrowFlow to your QuickBooks Online account. This integration allows you to easily track your sales, products, orders, and invoices in one place and manage your finances. Best of all, it's free!

Benefits

  • Collect all your sales information in one central place to manage your finances

  • Eliminate manual entry and save time by automatically syncing your information to your QuickBooks Online account

  • All transaction history in one place so you can easily find discrepancies in your accounting.

PLEASE NOTE: Only transaction data from the point of enabling the integration and onward will be uploaded to Quickbooks. Orders completed prior to enabling the integration will not be uploaded.

How to integrate

You must have both a GrowFlow Retail and a QuickBooks Online account before you can utilize the integration.

To set up the integration:

1. Navigate to Settings.

2. Select General.

3. Scroll down to the Quickbooks subsection and flip on the Turn On Quickbooks toggle. Once enabled, click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the screen.

4. You’ll see a confirmation at the bottom right of the screen showing Store edited!.

4. Click the Begin QuickBooks Integration button.

5. This will take you to the QuickBooks Online login screen. Sign in using your QuickBooks Online account credentials.

6. You will be prompted to create a Company in your Quickbooks account. Enter the name of your store or your business name or DBA, your preference. Then, click the Connect button to allow GrowFlow to sync with your QuickBooks Online account.

7. Click Connect on the following screen to approve the integration. You will see a confirmation message that QuickBooks is Connected!.

8. You'll be taken back to GrowFlow. Click the Test QuickBooks Connection button to ensure that the QuickBooks integration is working properly. You’ll see a Connection Success! message if the connection is successful.

10. Now that the integration is enabled, you’ll see a list of accounts to which your transaction data will be sent. Select accounts for each of the dropdown options. If a dropdown is missing values, you may need to create that specific type of account if you don’t have it yet in your QuickBooks Online account. Once all dropdowns have been selected, click the Save Settings button again to save your selections.

Your GrowFlow and QuickBooks accounts are now synced! 🎉
