In this article, we will review your receipt setting options. It is important to note the physical size of the roll (receipt paper) when you are setting up your receipts.

Receipt Settings

To navigate to your Receipt settings:

1. Click on Store Settings

2. Select Print.

3. Scroll down to the Receipt subsection.

From here, you can set up your receipt stock and configure the printable area of your receipt. Your options are:

A. Logo: You can add a logo to the top of your receipt by dragging and dropping your image file here. There is no maximum file size, however, your image should be at least 100KB in size.

B. Width: Here you will set your receipt stock size. The common sizes are 55mm, 72mm, and 80mm. If you are unsure of what size stock you're using, check the manufacturer's box or contact your supplier.

C. Margins: This sets the space of your margins on each side of the receipt.

  • Top - This setting controls the top margin for the printable area of your receipt. It is recommended to start with a 0.1-inch margin and increase in size if needed.
