Order Request Details

When a buyer places an order from your store it will populate in the Orders column on the Orders Overview with an Order Request banner.

Click on the Order Request to view and fulfill the order. On the right-hand side, the order details will display:

  • Store: The LIVE marketplace store the order was placed in

  • Placed By: The buyer's name and/or email

  • The buyer's license name & number, address, and contact information

Notes:

  • If the buyer does not have their first or last name associated with the LIVE Marketplace buyer account, then only their email will be listed

  • Click on the buyer's license name to view or edit their Vendor details

Fulfilling Order Requests

Manage your Order Requests promptly by selecting the inventory to fulfill each item on the order. This will allow you to choose from and secure the specific inventory in which your order will be fulfilled.

1. Click Select Inventory

2. Use the filters or the search bar to locate the inventory that should fulfill the requested units

3. Click All to fulfill all units requested from one ID, or enter the number of units to fill

Notes:

  • The requested product's details are shown in the top-right corner under Product Reserved, such as the product name, strain, traceability type, package size, and the quantity requested.

  • To fulfill an item with multiple inventory IDs see these steps.

  • Selecting inventory for Order Requests works just as filling Pre-Orders does. Pull from any eligible lot; It can be from a source product in a sellable room or you can choose a lot that was not designated for the store.

  • Selecting the inventory ensures that the available quantity is reserved and reduced accordingly before order orders are placed. The LIVE Marketplace keeps constant track of the total available grams or units across all potential source lots in a sellable room for each product, but until the specific inventory is selected for each Order Request, other orders you build manually will compete for those available quantities.

3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for each item placed on the Order Request. Once all items are filled, the order can be progressed to the Ready to Pack stage, then on to Ready to Label, etc. until the order is out the door.

Order Request Sales History

Via Orders > Sales History, Order Requests are noted with a Live Store Source Type.

Select Live Store in the Filter by Order Source drop-down to filter the Sales History view by Order Requests. From here, you can utilize the Date filter and Export for any reporting purposes.
