We recommend downloading inventory data at the regular intervals you need to refer back to inventory on a given day, such as at the end of each month or year. Here's how to download reports for In-Stock and On-Order inventory for pending items not yet in transit.
In-Stock Inventory
Head to the Inventory Overview page and click Export.
On-Order Inventory
From the Inventory Overview, under View Other Inventory, change the view to On Order. Once the page loads, click Export.
