A guide to show you how to use the time clock feature.

With GrowFlow's time clock feature, keeping track of hours worked has never been easier! In this article, we will walk through how to enable the Time Clock feature in your GrowFlow account and configure your employee's User profiles to use it.

Enabling the Time Clock feature in your Store Settings

The first thing to do is to make sure the Time Clock toggle is turned on in your Store Settings.

1. Click on Store Settings. It will default to the General section.

2. Scroll down to the User Settings subsection.

3. Turn on the Time Clock toggle.

4. Scroll down and click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.


Enabling the Time Clock feature for Users

Once Time Clock is turned on in your Store Settings, you will need to make sure the Time Clock toggle is turned on for your Users.

1. Click on Store Settings.

2. Select Users.

3. Select a user from the list or use the search bar to find the user profile you need.

4. Click the kebab in the top-right corner of the screen.

5. Select Edit from the drop-down menu.

6. Turn on the Time Clock toggle under User Details.

7. Click the Save & Close button.

Make sure to complete these steps for every user who will be using the Time Clock feature!


Clocking In / Out

Once you have enabled the Time Clock feature in Store Settings and enabled the Time Clock setting in your User profile, you and your associates will be able to clock in and out for shifts.

When you're ready to start/end your shift

1. Click on your initials in the top-left corner of the screen.

2. Click the Clock-In / Clock-Out option.

3. A window will pop up with a date and time. Click the green Clock-In / Clock-Out button to confirm your punch.

Total hours worked will be displayed on the Clock-Out modal.
