Activity Log

If you're ever wondering why something is showing the way it is, a good place to investigate is your Activity Report. This will give you a full breakdown of all the actions that took place on your GrowFlow account.

View an Activity Report

  1. Open any page in GrowFlow that has an “Activity Log” icon in the top right corner of the page. In this case, I have opened the Products page “Activity Log.”

2. Click the “Activity Log” icon in the upper right.

3. In the Activity Log, you can review actions taken.

4. For a deeper understanding of any changes that are noted in the “Activity Log”, click “Details.”

Commonly Used Activity Logs

A quick reference for finding commonly used Activity Logs.

  1. Product Activity

A. Click the “Inventory” icon on the left.

B. Click “Products.”

C. Click the “Activity Log” icon in the upper right.

2. Customer Activity

A. Click the “Customers” icon on the left.

B. Click the “Activity Log” icon in the upper right. If looking for the activity log of a specific customer, please skip to steps C and D.

C. Select the customer you want to review.

D. Click the Activity Log icon above the profile.

3. Order Activity

A. Click the “Sales” icon on the left.

B. Click “Products.”

C. Click the “Activity Log” icon in the upper right.

4. Conversion Activity

A. Click the “Inventory” icon on the left.

B. Click “Conversions.”

C. Click the “Activity Log” icon in the upper right.

5. Adjustment Activity

A. Click the “Inventory” icon on the left.

B. Click “Adjustments.”

C. Click the “Activity Log” icon in the upper right.

6. Package Activity

A. Click the “Inventory” icon on the left.

B. Click “Packages.”

C. Click the “Activity Log” icon in the upper right. If looking for the activity log of a specific package, please skip to steps D and E.

D. Select the Package you want to review.

E. Click the Activity Log icon above the package details.
