Note: This help article is only applicable to those in Washington or Metrc and Standalone states. This workflow is not applicable to BioTrack users.
Wet materials packaged from a harvest are tracked in traceability as inventory, so let's get started on the Inventory Overview.
1. Use Filter by Type to filter the Inventory Overview by Wet Flower, Wet Other Material, or Whole Wet Plant
2. Select the item by checking the box to the right of its line item
Note: You can select multiple items to cure at once
3. Click Other, then click Cure Wet Flower
4. In the Cure Drying Plants window, no matter the current traceability type, aka Wet Flower, Wet Other Material, or Whole Wet Plant, you will now have the option to enter the dry packaged weight as Flower, Other Material, and Waste depending on what you've yielded.
Notes:
Double-check the remaining weight column as it will interactively calculate based on the quantities entered. Remaining weight here will also account for moisture loss", otherwise known as "Angel Weight".
Double-check that you've selected each item that you are curing.
5. Click Cure Items
6. The dialog will close and the new inventory will be available on the Inventory Overview. The Waste will be found in the Waste Log, awaiting final disposal from your account.
7. Lastly, print your barcodes or go straight to lotting or converting your inventory
