The Executive Summary provides a high-level snapshot of your store's performance. Whether you're managing daily operations or making big-picture decisions, this report gives you the key metrics you need, all in one place.

Filter the date range and store at the top of the page to focus your view, or select all stores to see performance across your organization.

Top-Level Metrics

These tiles at the top show the following data for the selected time range:

  • Net Sales – Total sales revenue (before tax, after discounts).

  • AOV (Average Order Value) – Average amount spent per transaction.

  • # Orders – Total number of transactions.

  • # Customers – Total number of customers served.

  • Margin % – Your profit margin across all sales.

  • Win Back Order % – The percentage of sales from customers who have made more than one purchase, and then subsequently didn't purchase for 7+ weeks

Sales by Order Source

This table breaks down where your orders are coming from. Use this to track the performance of your in-store vs. online channels. If your store doesn't accept pre-orders, all sales will be classified as in-store orders. This table includes gross margin and profit/order for both sources.

Sales by Category

See what product categories are driving sales and have the highest margins. This is a useful tool for merchandising decisions and identifying areas for promotion or review.

Sales, Status & AOV Over Time

This helps spot trends and understand buying behavior over time. The chart shows sales trends over the date range broken down by customer type. To see a breakdown of sales by customer on an individual day, place your cursor on one of the bars in the chart.

  • Customer types:

    • Orange: New customers making their first purchase.

    • Blue: Returning customers who have purchased at least once before.

    • Light Blue: Reactivated/won back customers have made more than one purchase but have not purchased in the last 7 weeks.

  • The white line represents your store's average order value per day.

Medical vs. Recreational

This chart shows a breakdown of orders by customer type.

Sales by Store

If you operate multiple locations, this table will show you a breakdown of sales by location when more than one store is selected at the top of the page.
