As of 12/10/2024 the firmware version of your terminal should be 2.19.4

To update the firmware, we need to know

You can view the version number of the terminal's firmware from the Home screen.

First, Ella Cash will need to push the firmware update to your terminal. To push the update, they will need the serial number for your terminal. The serial number is located either on a sticker under the paper roll compartment or on the back of the terminal. The serial number can also be found under Settings > Registers under the linked register.

Once they have pushed the update, you will need to fully power-cycle the terminal(s).

Once you restart your terminals, you can check the version number from the Home screen to confirm the firmware update.

If the firmware version is still not updated after power cycling the terminal, please reach out to support with the firmware version number and the terminal serial number and we will work to send out the updates to the terminal.
