GrowFlow allows you to manage your subscription directly from your account! You can request to add new store locations, manage your payment information, and request to cancel your subscription.

To access the Subscription portal:

You will see the option to Manage Billing or Add Subscription in the top-right corner of the screen.

To update the payment method associated with your subscription, select Manage Billing.

You will be redirected to the subscription portal. To edit your payment method, click Edit in the top-right corner of the Billing Information section.

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, click the kebab in the top-right corner of the screen and select Cancel Subscription from the drop-down menu.
