Cultivation: Plants
1. Head to Dashboard > Insights > Cultivation > Plants
2. Plants by Stage: See your plants broken down by stages Flowering and Vegging by percentage
3. (#) Number of Vegging Plants: The count of the total number of plants that you have in the Vegging Stage
4. (#) Number of Flowering Plants: The count of the total number of plants that you have in the Flowering Stage
5. (#) Number of Drying Plants: The count of the total number of plants that you have in the Drying Stage
6. (#) Number of all Plants by Strain and Stage: In this stacked bar chart you will see each of your strains, and the number of plants for each strain broken down by stages Vegging, Flowering, and Drying
7. (#) Number of Plants by Strain and Weeks in Flowering: A breakdown of your Flowering plants, by strain and number of weeks in the Flower stage. In each range of weeks, you will see the total count of plants for that strain
8. (#) Number of Plants by Room and Weeks in Flowering: A breakdown of your Flowering plants, by which room they are in and the number of weeks in the Flower stage. In each range of weeks, you will see the total count of the plants in that room
9. (#) Number or Plants by Strain and Weeks in Veg: A breakdown of your vegging plants, by strain and number of weeks in the Veg stage. In each range of weeks, you will see the total count of plants for that strain
10. (#) Number of Plants by Room and Weeks in Veg: A breakdown of your vegging plants, by which room they are in and the number of weeks in the Veg stage. In each range of weeks, you will see the total count of the plants in that room
Cultivation: Harvests
1. Head to Dashboard > Insights > Cultivation > Harvests
2. Harvest Date & Strain:
Click on Harvest date to update Filters by Date
Use the Presets tab to select a default Harvest Date filter
Use the Custom tab to select custom Harvest Dates
Filter by Strain - When Strain is set as is any value all available strains will generate the report
Place your cursor in the search field to scroll through the list of available strains or start typing a strain name
3. Harvest Yield Summary: A strain-by-strain breakdown of a number of key harvest stats including Last Harvest Date, Number of Harvests, Number of Plants, Average Dry Percentage Yield, and Yield in Grams per Plant
4. Yield Trends: The trended Monthly Dry Weight total for the selected strains and the Yield in Grams per Plant for the selected Stain. Drill down to a single strain or select multiple stains at once to analyze
5. Avg Yield (g) / Plant: Average Yield per Plant in Grams for the selected strains
6. Avg Dry / Harvest: Average Dry Weights per Harvest in Pounds for the selected strains
7. Yield by Flower Room: A graph displaying the total yield per each Flower Room in Grams
Harvest Value
1. Head to Dashboard > Insights > Cultivation > Harvest Value
2. Harvest Date: Click on Harvest date to update Filters by Date
Use the Presets tab to select a default Harvest Date filter
Use the Custom tab to select custom Harvest Dates
3. Harvests: A breakdown of your harvests by harvest name, that harvests' total sales value in dollars as well as the weight of the harvested material in grams or kilograms
4. ($) Revenue of Harvest Material Sold: Total sales generated from the selected harvests in dollars. Drill down to a single harvest or select multiple harvests at once to analyze
5. (%) Percentage of Harvest Material Sold: The total percentage of the selected harvests that has been sold so far. Drill down into a single harvest or select multiple harvests at once to analyze
6. % Sales by Category: The end products that were actually produced from the selected harvests as well as the sale revenue generated from each of the products that were created from the selected harvests
7. Strains: The strains of the selected harvests, the last harvest date for each strain as well as the dollar value of the harvest so far, and the percentage of the harvest that has been sold
8. Products Produced: Percentage of sales by category, for the selected harvests. Especially handy if you sell whole plants or frozen material to other producers or processors
