Now that CCRS is live, whenever you generate a new manifest, GrowFlow will register the manifest on your behalf and add the LCB ID to your manifest pdf in GrowFlow.

After clicking the "Confirm" button at the top of the "Select A Delivery" window, you will see a light blue message in the upper right of your screen. That blue message tells you that GrowFlow has started the manifest registration process in the background. This process should take between 20-30 seconds on average.

While GrowFlow is registering the manifest, you'll see in the manifest preview pane header that the LCB Manifest ID is "Processing"

You don't have to stay on the Sales Order screen. You can do other things and come back to the manifest when your order has updated, however:

  • You might get a message while it's still processing that the vendor email or phone # is missing and we can't complete the submission until that's entered. We've made an effort to update all vendor data, but if that happens,

    • Click the blue-font vendor name in the upper right of the Order

    • On the vendor record that opens, click the Edit button and enter the email or phone # you have for that vendor,

    • Then save and return to the manifest form for further processing.

A. If the submission by Growflow is successful

  • You will get a "Success" message if you stay on the Sales Order screen

  • In the Order Details view, the header will display the message “Your order has been manifested”.

  • On the Manifest tab's view, the manifest preview pane header will show that the LCB Manifest ID has populated below the GrowFlow Manifest ID

  • The LCB Manifest ID will also show in the manifest pdf at the top of the list of items to be transferred, next to the GrowFlow manifest ID

IMPORTANT: Refresh your screen BEFORE you print the manifest!

  • The email associated with your account (on your Account Settings page) will receive a confirmation from the LCB that the manifest has been registered and will include a pdf of the LCB formatted manifest.

    • Important! Print two copies of the LCB's manifest to accompany the transport and delivery transactions (signatures).

  • The email associated with the Vendor Record for the receiving party will also receive a confirmation from the LCB and a copy of the LCB manifest.

  • You can also view the LCB's manifest by heading to the Admin > CCRS Log > Manifest Webform page, where you can locate it by the LCB Manifest ID. A link will be next to it in case you want to view and print the LCB's copy of the manifest here.

  • Don't forget to use the Print/Share button in the Order to email the GrowFlow manifest to the lab or the vendor after you create the manifest or put it into transit. This emailing step is what gives them the WCIA link. For labs, in particular, it also gives them the parent lot ID of what you are getting tested so that the results can upload without showing you the yellow warning message about a missing parent ID.

B. If the submission by Growflow fails

GrowFlow will make multiple attempts to register the manifest. But if it's unsuccessful, you will get a failure message in three places to alert you that you need to submit the manifest manually.

1. If you stay and watch the screen while it was processing, you'll see this:

2. In the Order details header, you'll see a message that "We ran into an error trying to manifest; view log. Please fill out this form before you transfer: LCB Manifest Form." (See image below.)

3. On the Orders Overview, you'll see a red “Manifest error” notice on the Order in the "Scheduled for Transit" column.

The errors mean you will need to submit the manifest manually:

  • In the opened Order, click the blue "LCB Manifest Form" button

  • You'll be taken to the site to manually enter the manifest details. Follow the steps in the article CCRS: How to Register Your Manifest Manually to the LCB's Webform Site.

    • The "view log" link in the middle of the error message in GrowFlow's Order will take you to the Admin > CCRS Log > Manifest Webform page, where the "error" will be displayed

AFTER you have manually submitted the manifest details, you need to enter the LCB Manifest ID against the GrowFlow manifest ID so that it will display on the printed version and be retained in GrowFlow.

  • Click the link in the GrowFlow manifest preview pane called "not set, set it manually"

  • You'll be prompted to enter the LCB Manifest ID you received

  • Click the blue checkmark after entering to save, then refresh your screen

  • You may print the GrowFlow manifest, but the LCB requires you to carry a copy of the LCB manifest during the transport

  • Don't forget to use the Print/Share button in the Order to email the GrowFlow manifest to the lab or the vendor after you create the manifest or put it into transit. This emailing step is what gives them the WCIA link.
