The link below will take you to a snapshot of your account as of yearend 2020.

Ignore the yellow banner that tells you "This account is set to V1. Please log in using app.getgrowflow.com."

Log in as you normally would. Allow up to 30 seconds for this site to load. It's a lot of older data. Then log in as you normally would.

Note that this is a read-only view and does not have an API connection, so you can't change anything even if it at first the screen appears to accept a change to the data. You can filter and/or sort, though, in case that helps you organize your downloads.

There are several views you might want to download, depending on whether they apply to you:

  1. Plants -- Go to your Grow menu and select "Plants", then click the "Export" button to the right and above the list of plants.

  2. Clones and Seeds -- On the Plants view, click the "Clones and Seeds" tab, then click the "Export" button to the right and above the list.

  3. Open Harvests -- On the Plants view, click the "Harvests" tab, then click the "Export" button to the right and above the list. Ignore the date in the "Birth Date" column for purposes of this historical report.

  4. In Stock Inventory -- Go to your Inventory Overview. In the default view of "In Stock" items, click the "Export" button to the right and above the list of inventory.

  5. On Order Inventory -- On the Inventory Overview page, click the "View" button and select "On Order" to see all items that were still on your premises but not transferred yet as of 12/31. Click the "Export" button to the right and above the list of inventory.

  6. Transfers, Inbound Transfers, Transfers By Product, Returns, and Sales By City -- Go to the Dashboard menu and select "Reports". All these reports can be run for the 2020 date range and then exported. The "Export" button is above and to the right of the listed items. All the other reports shown there are also available if you need them.

You're now ready for your tax preparation work.
