The GrowFlow and Express Toxicology Lab Partnership provides a discount to all GrowFlow customers who use Express Toxicology for their sample testing of cannabis and hemp products.

The discount applies to all tests that GrowFlow customers purchase through Express Toxicology:

  • Oklahoma Compliance Packages (OCPs)

  • Cannabinoid Profiles

  • Terpene Profiles

  • Mycotoxin Testing

  • Microbial Impurities

  • Heavy Metal Testing

  • Filth & Contaminant Detection

  • Residual Solvent Testing

  • Pesticide Screenings

To submit a sample, customers can do so through Express Toxicology’s website on their forms page.

  1. For new customers who have never used Express Toxicology, you should fill out the New Client Form first then submit it by pressing the “Submit” button on the form, which will send the form directly to Express Toxicology

  2. After you have filled out the New Client Form, you will need to fill out the form for the specific tests you need. There are three forms - Flower Intake Form, Concentrate Intake Form and Ingestibles Intake Form.

  3. Once you have completed the Intake form, you will submit it by pressing the “Submit” button on the form, which will send the form directly to Express Toxicology. You will also need to print off your order invoice and manifest from GrowFlow and drop it off along with the sample to get the GrowFlow discount.

How to Complete Intake Forms

Note: The information required on the Express Toxicology intake forms can be found on your GrowFlow pull sheet for each order.

Company Name: Customer’s Company Name

Total # of Samples: The total number of samples that are being submitted for testing. There is a max of 10 per form

Account Manager: Your facility's contact

Due Date: Date required for sample results. Most samples are available in 5 days or less. Compliance packages can be completed in 3 days for an additional fee

Date Submitted: The date the form was completed and submitted

Order #: This is filled out by Express Toxicology Services and does not need to be filled out

Sample Name: This can be the product name or the strain name. This is what will be the main display name on the sample

Strain Name: This is the strain name

Product Type: This is the broad category of the material. For example - Flower, Edibles, Concentrates, etc

Classification: This indicates Sativa, Indica, Hybrid or CBD. If none of these apply, use "N/A"

Grow Type: This is found only on the flower intake form. This is how the plants were grown. Indicate indoor or outdoor

Prod. Type: This is found only on the concentrate intake form. This is the extraction method used

Servings/Container: This is found only on the ingestibles intake form. These are the servings in each package of edibles

Mg/Serving: This is found only on the ingestibles intake form. This is the weight in mg recommended for one serving

Batch ID: The Batch ID is the last 4 digits of the barcode number for the batch that you're taking the sample from. You can see this on your pull sheet as the "From ID"

Lot ID: The Lot ID is the last 4 digits of the barcode number for the sample you're sending to the lab. You can see that on your pull sheet as the "New ID" for the sample.

Test or Package Requested: Customers should indicate whether they want an individual test (a la carte) or would like the Oklahoma Compliance Package (OCP). The test options and prices are listed beneath the table

Payment: Info is to be filled in by the lab and does not need to be filled in by the customer
