The Sales View in the GrowFlow insights tool has three main options: Summary, Customer Retention, and Products.

1. Sales Summary:

a.  Month to Date (MTD) vs Previous:

This at-a-glance key performance indicator will show you how sales are doing this calendar month, as compared to the same point/day in the prior month. So for example, if today was the 20th of October, it would compare transfers from October 1st through 20th with those from September 1st through 20th.

b. Last 30 days vs previous 30 Days:

This at-a-glance key performance indicator will show you how sales are doing these last 30 days, as compared to the previous 30 days. So for example, if today was the 20th of October, it would compare transfers from (September 20th through October 20th) with those from (August 21st through September 20th).

c. Last 90 days vs previous 90 Days:

At-a-glance Key Performance Indicator shows the executive how sales are doing the last 90 days, as compared to the previous 90 days. So for example, if today was the 20th of October, it would compare transfers from July 22nd through October 20th with those from April 22nd through July 22nd.

Note: All Key Performance Indicators will show the current number in either red or green depending on its performance against the previous time period. The percentage change will show the difference between the two reported numbers.

d. License Filter:

Using this filter you will be able to compare all or some of the licenses connected to your account. Use the License Filter to show only your desired licenses or leave blank to show all licenses.

e. Sales Date Filter:

Filter by date to see sales captured within a certain time frame.

f. Sales by Week and by Strain Type:

A week by week monetary view of how much of each Strain Type (i.e. Sativa, Indica, Hybrid) was sold.

g. Sales by Category

An overall view of how much of each Category you have sold. If you sell primarily bulk flower, expect this visual to remain fairly static.

h. Sales by Strain

This is an overview of how much of each strain you have sold. You can see the top sellers and those strains that you could consider either marketing more or discontinuing.

i. Sales by Product:

This visual gives you a quick overview of your top product sellers. Your products here will be displayed based on your product menu under your Admin tab in your account.
