While sometimes your clones or seeds do not quite make it to the next stage of growth, tracking their progress and destruction with GrowFlow is super easy. Here you will learn three methods:

The first method will destroy your clones as you move the rest of the batch into the vegetative stage in the Veg column.
The second will show you how to destroy an entire batch of clones or seeds.
The third method will show you how to destroy your clones or seeds from your Inventory screen.

Method 1:

(Demonstrated in video from 0:00 - 1:45)

1. Locate the immature plant batch located in the Clones and Seeds column. You can easily filter your Grow screen by Strain, Room, Table, or search by the immature plant batch ID number to quickly locate your clones.

2. Once you have located your clones, click on the green arrow to move your entire room or individual batch into the Veg column.

3. On the pop-up window, type in the amount of clones or seeds that will be moving into the next stage.

4. To destroy the rest, choose "Destroy Remaining" and type in the reasoning in the box provided; include as much information as possible!

5. Click "Create New Plants" and the remaining clones or seeds will be destroyed.

Method 2:

(Demonstrated in video from 1:45 - 3:50)

1. Locate the immature plant batch located in the Clones and Seeds column. You can easily filter your Grow screen by Strain, Room, Table, or search by the immature plant batch ID number to quickly locate your clones or seeds.

2. Once you have located the desired clones or seeds; click on the batch to open the Clones/Seeds/Mature Plants dialog box.

3. Note that all batches under your selected filter will be checked. Un-check all and then choose only the batches that you want to destroy by checking the check box on each line item.

4. Once you have all batches scheduled for destruction highlighted in purple click the "Destroy Selected" button.

5. On the Destroy dialog box enter in the following fields:

  1. Reason: Choose best fit from the drop-down options

  2. Room: Optionally place your waste in a specific room

  3. Explanation: Give as much detail as possible here

6. Once destroyed, your clones or seeds will be available to be seen in your Waste records.

Method 3:

(Demonstrated in video from 3:50 - 5:22)

1. Go to your Inventory screen and select the Plants view.

2. Locate the clone or seed batch you wish to partially destroy. You can use the filters or search by ID number to quickly locate your batch.

3. Once you have located your desired batch, click the "Edit" button and select "Adjust".

4. On the Adjust dialog box fill in the following fields:

  1. Reason: Choose waste to destroy your clones or seeds

  2. Explanation:  Give as much detail as possible here

  3. New Qty: Deduct the amount of clones or seeds you are destroying from the total and put the calculated difference here. Notice that the "change" box will show you how many you are destroying.

That's it! Nice work!
