In GrowFlow Retail, each user is assigned a unique password and PIN. A user's password and PIN act as a personalized authentication method, allowing users access and allowing users to perform specific actions within the platform. By requiring a PIN for various tasks, GrowFlow enhances user security and accountability, helping your business maintain the integrity of your operations and data.

This article goes through the process of updating a user's password or PIN.

How To Change Your Password

1. Click your initials at the top left-hand corner of the screen.

2. Select Change Password from the drop-down menu.

3. Enter your Current Password.

4. Enter your New Password and confirm.

5. Click Change Password to save your changes.


How To Change Your PIN

1. Click your initials at the top left-hand corner of the screen.

2. Select Change PIN from the drop-down menu.

3. Enter your Current PIN. This field is required.

4. Enter your new PIN and confirm. These fields are required.

5. Click Change PIN to save your changes.
