At GrowFlow, your feedback is highly valued and we wouldn’t have been able to come this far without it! Feedback on issues you face and ideas for features are critical so we can help you get more value from GrowFlow and be as efficiently as possible.
We welcome all feedback so don’t be shy! We promise you can’t hurt our feelings.
How to Give Us Your Product Feedback
Submitting your ideas for new or existing features couldn’t be easier. All you need to do is hover on the right-hand corner from any page within the app and click on “Feedback”.
Since you’re already logged into GrowFlow, you will be automatically signed into to the feedback portal, where you can click on “Add a new idea” button on the left-side of the page to get started.
Avoid duplicate ideas!
Before suggesting a new idea, please check to see if someone else has already suggested a similar feature. The “Add a New Idea” form will automatically show other existing feature requests that are similar to yours as you type a title for a new request.
Increase visibility to the features that are most important to you!
The product team reviews the posts that have the highest number of votes first, so up-voting an existing post makes it more likely that the product team will see the feature you want!
Don’t forget to comment with your specific use case on the existing post to show your support for the idea, and demonstrate how the feature would be valuable for you too.
You can vote on feature requests that you want by clicking “Vote” beside the title of the post. Remember to vote for the features you want to see - it will bring them to our attention faster.
Be descriptive in your post!
The Product team reads every single post that is submitted, even if they aren’t commented on right away. After posting your feedback request, it can be voted on by other users.
An ideal post:
Clearly describes what it is you want to do
Lets us know what’s blocking you
How you currently workaround the issue
The impact this problem has on you and your team.
The clearer your post, and the more detail you include, the easier it will be for other users to understand the value of your request, making it more likely to be up-voted.
Requests will be reviewed by the Product Team on a monthly basis. We take the top requests and update the status where appropriate, which you will receive an update via email. Awaiting Feedback is how we gauge demand and gather votes/use cases, until our quarterly road-mapping meetings where we will decide if it will be on the next release.
