The screen above is caused by the email that LEAF has for your license does not match the email you use for your SAW account.

We have asked LEAF for a list of emails that they have on file so we let you know which one to use.

If you do not know what your main email for LEAF is, it should be the one that the LCB has on file for your license.

If you no longer have access to that, please send and email to [email protected] withe the following information:

  • Business Name

  • License Number (six digits)

  • UBI Number (9 or 16 digits)

  • Name

  • email address (the one you use to log into SAW with)
